All code, design, and documentation related to the Service remain our property unless stated otherwise. You retain ownership of the data you upload or generate through the platform.

You grant us a limited right to process your data only as needed to operate the Service.

We aim for 99.9% uptime, but occasional downtime may occur for maintenance or upgrades.

We are not responsible for interruptions caused by third-party services, network issues, or events outside our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Our total liability for any claim related to the Service will not exceed the fees you paid in the last 12 months.

Upon termination, all rights and licenses granted to you under these Terms will end immediately.
